A lively Mexican cantina inside one of Half Moon Bay's oldest buildings, dating to 1905.
The Cantina at San Benito House occupies one of the oldest buildings in Half Moon Bay and pairs craft beer and tequila with Mexican fare. Starters include shrimp ceviche, elote con queso, mini quesabirria served with consomme for dipping, and a smoked coastal clam chowder. Tacos come grilled salmon, Baja-style beer battered corvina, gulf shrimp or street style, and burritos are built Mission or California style. Live music and events run through the year.
