Founded by South Bay natives, Hapa's Brewing Company makes craft beer it describes as brewed for its neighborhoods. The San Carlos taproom on Laurel Street is one of four locations, joining a brewery and taproom and a separate beer garden in San Jose and a taproom in Los Gatos. An online store rounds out the operation.
