Nathan and Siera Conte established this specialty cafe and roastery in August 2023. Coffee is roasted to order in San Carlos, and the company says it never sells pre-ground or shelf-sitting beans; offerings include single origins from Costa Rica, Peru and Ethiopia plus blends such as Golden Hour, ground for drip, French press, espresso or pour over. Beyond the cafe there is a subscription program, nationwide shipping, a wholesale program and a pair of arcade games.
