In-house made menu changes seasonally with authentic Italian family recipes.

Vince Maddalena opened this downtown San Carlos Italian restaurant after his father closed Maddalena's, which ran for more than 30 years in Palo Alto. Almost the entire menu is made in house and changes seasonally, with calamari fritti from fresh Monterey calamari, bruschetta, gnocchi, seafood risotto and grilled salmon among the plates, and gluten-free pasta available. Chef Raul runs the kitchen, and the room handles both intimate dinners and large groups.
