New Haven style wood-fired pizza is the specialty at Pazzo in downtown San Carlos, where the crust is described as thin, crispy, charred and chewy and the pastas are made in house. The restaurant comes from the owner of Gambardella's in Menlo Park. Seating includes a parklet and outdoor tables, and service is dine-in and takeout on a walk-in basis.
