The only Bay Area restaurant with tableside flambe service.
French Continental fine dining has occupied this Belmont address since the 1950s, on a site that earlier held Bondy's and then Ed's Chuck Wagon. Kaveh has owned the restaurant for more than 30 years, and it is described as one of the Peninsula's oldest fine-dining rooms, with candlelit spaces, gracious tableside service and a sommelier on hand. An award-winning cellar built over decades carries French, Italian and California labels. Private dining seats 10 to 80 guests with custom prix-fixe menus and wine pairings.
