German cooking on Laurel Street in San Carlos centers on schnitzel in chicken and pork versions, bratwurst, Bavarian pretzels, cucumber salad, rouladen with vegetables and gravy, and frankfurters with mashed potatoes and cabbage. German beers including Dunkel and Asam Bock pour on tap, and chocolate molten cake closes the meal. The restaurant takes reservations and handles catering, private parties and group events.
