Haru is a modern Japanese dining room and bar in Los Altos, pairing seasonal cuisine with handcrafted cocktails, premium sake, wine, and whisky. Co-founder and executive sushi chef Gavin runs the sushi program, building seasonal selections and signature sushi dishes around sourced seafood and Japanese technique, while co-founder and executive chef Jing leads the kitchen. Lunch and dinner are served daily, with a sushi bar and outdoor seating. Haru shares ownership with Hinata and Sasa in San Francisco and Sushi Jin in Mountain View.
