Mexican seafood and tacos come out of a truck that works two Peninsula locations, one of them in Belmont. Quesabirria arrives as braised beef in corn tortillas with cheese and a side of consome, and tacos come with the pink onions, cilantro and salsa the operation calls famous. Ceviches, shrimp and octopus cocktails, and aguachile with cucumber or mango round out the seafood side. Catering and private events are available.
