French patisserie on Lytton Avenue known for buttery handmade croissants, elegant tarts, and silky espresso since 2015.
Mademoiselle Colette is a French pastry boutique founded by Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef Debora Ferrand, with shops in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City and Atherton. Hand-rolled croissants are made with Isigny butter imported from France, and the case also holds pain au chocolat, twice-baked almond croissants, kouign amann, chausson aux pommes, baguettes and macarons. Specialty coffee, fresh-baked bread, breakfast and lunch round out the Parisian cafe format, and the bakery ships nationwide.
