Premium Wagyu sourced from their own Masami Ranch with umami-rich broth.
All-you-can-eat wagyu shabu is the format at Mikiya Wagyu Shabu House in San Mateo, where thin-sliced beef cooks tableside in a signature umami-rich broth. The restaurant sources premium wagyu from its own Masami Ranch as well as from Australia and Japan, and pairs it with fresh seafood and vegetables. A self-serve bar stocks vegetables, fruit, ice cream and drinks. Seating is walk-in, and the happy hour menu carries a ninety-minute dining limit.
