Family-owned Vietnamese cafe with pho, banh mi sandwiches on toasted bread, spring rolls, and fresh-pressed juices.
Pho Banh Mi & Juice gives Half Moon Bay a versatile Vietnamese menu built around noodle soup, sandwiches, and fresh rolls. Beef pho offers several meat combinations, while chicken noodle soup provides another familiar starting point. We like the ability to choose between a warming bowl and a more portable meal at the same Cabrillo Highway stop. Bánh mì fillings include grilled pork, grilled chicken, tofu, and beef brisket, with pickled vegetables, cilantro, and jalapeño adding contrast. Vermicelli salads, garlic noodles, and rice plates broaden the options, while shrimp or grilled-meat spring rolls make useful additions to share. Crispy pork and vegetable egg rolls offer a different texture. Vietnamese iced coffee, fresh juice, and citrus sodas round out the selection. The appeal is a compact collection of Vietnamese favorites with enough variety for different appetites.
