American Italian classics come off a truck built around meatballs, offered in veal, pork and beef, all beef, spicy pork, turkey rabe and vegetarian versions and served as bowls, sandwiches or pasta plates. Grass fed beef and natural pork are specified on the menu, which also lists pasta bolognese and pasta e fagioli. The operation calls itself the Bay Area's first and only meatball truck and says a full service restaurant is coming.
