Thai and Japanese fusion with authentic flavors by Chef Tam.
Thai and Japanese cooking meet at Rin-Tei, which describes its dishes as fusion with authentic flavors and a home-style approach. The chef's select fried okra is coated in potato starch, lightly fried with soy and garlic, and finished with matcha salt. Other plates include braised beef spring rolls, creamy soy milk pho with keema curry, sous vide spiced lamb chops, and tom yum noodles with shrimp. Chef Yasu builds the sake pairings.
