Why We Love It

TAVERNA Portola Valley is the second location of Palo Alto's TAVERNA, from Thanasis Pashalidis and Hakan Bala, in the former Old Port Lobster Shack space at Ladera Country Shopper. The all-day Greek menu includes chicken wings with feta dip, Greek village salad, grilled octopus, lamb rib chops and bougatsa with pistachio ice cream. There is weekend brunch, a kids' menu and a large wine list.
