The kitchen describes its cooking as artisanal fare built on sustainable, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. Seating spans a bright modern dining room decorated with lush greenery and contemporary California ranch style, plus ample outdoor space. Executive Chef Nicolai Tuban trained at the Culinary Institute of Monterey and helped open more than 30 restaurants with Bon Appetit.
