The Grotto

Intimate speakeasy with custom cocktails inspired by Matisse Jazz prints and smooth jazz ambiance.

The Grotto is a speakeasy tucked below Cetrella in Los Altos, reached by a stairwell from the main dining room. Prints from Henri Matisse's Jazz series hang throughout the room, and the drink list borrows their names, including the Toboggan, the Aerialist and the Horse, plus a mocktail called the Rodeo. Snacks run to croquettes, crab cakes and lamb meatballs, with wine and beer alongside the cocktails.
