Founded by Jason Cooper, a 20-year wine industry veteran, Velvet 48 is a wine bar in downtown Burlingame. The list runs to more than 40 wines by the glass and 800 by the bottle, alongside a curated beer selection and a range of savory and sweet small plates. Wine tastings, events, private parties, and a wine club round out the calendar.
