European inspired Italian fare featuring hand rolled gnocchi and Grand Marnier Souffle, guided by a Certified Sommelier.
Family owned and operated, Vino Santo has served the Peninsula for more than 20 years from downtown Redwood City. The European inspired menu ranges from hand-rolled gnocchi and veal scaloppine to Grand Marnier soufflé, prepared fresh daily by executive chef and owner Odon Ocegueda, who has more than 45 years in the industry. Pairings come from general manager Adan Ocegueda, a certified sommelier and educator.
