California-born wrap concept with globally inspired fillings including teriyaki chicken, Thai peanut, and Mediterranean veggie in fresh whole wheat and spinach tortillas.
World Wrapps says it was the first to create the wrapp, and the menu still runs on globally inspired fillings. Classics include the Thai, tikka masala, island teriyaki, Burrito Brava, Argentina chimichurri, and Samurai salmon, while nori versions cover spicy tuna, Hawaiian poke, furikake salmon, and bulgogi. Rice paper wrapps come in Bangkok basil, umami, and satay. Build-your-own protein bowls, world salads, and specialty fries fill out five Bay Area locations, one of them at Stanford in Palo Alto.
