Spanish cooking has run on the Peninsula here since 1984, built around paella, tapas and pintxos. Belmont diners can eat in the dining room or at the bar, and the calendar includes a Vermut happy hour, paella lunches and Pintxos and Paella nights. Cooking classes and special events round out the program, with take-out also available.
