Dine immersed in ambient projection mapping inspired by Korea's spirit.
OLHSO Korean BBQ House builds its menu on ros gui, the Korean practice of searing thinly sliced meat over open flame, split between tableside grilling and charcoal-fired plates cooked in the kitchen over binchotan. Chef Han Sungil, who runs five barbecue brands across nineteen locations in Korea, leads the kitchen in what the restaurant calls his U.S. debut menu. The San Mateo dining room uses ambient projection mapping inspired by the spirit of Korea, and an open-air patio is available for private dining.
