Handcrafted noodles paired with rich broths simmered for hours.
Founded by Chef Akira and team, this Foster City ramen shop takes its name from tsuki, the Japanese word for moon. Three formats lead the menu, covering tsukemen dipping noodles, brothless aburasoba and soup ramen. Bowls include black garlic tonkotsu, classic tonkotsu, spicy miso tonkotsu and seafood versions built with Hokkaido scallop. Dine-in, takeout, online ordering and reservations are available.
