Celia's serves home-style Mexican food in Menlo Park and seven other Bay Area cities. Salsa and guacamole are made fresh every day, tortillas are prepared without lard, chicken is served skinless and trimmed, steak and pork are lean, tamales are handmade, and both refried and whole beans are offered.
