Family owned since 1958, serving unique regional Mexican specialties including rotating dishes like Rose Petal Sauce Chicken and handmade mole.
Established in 1958, Estrellita is a family-owned Mexican bistro in Los Altos drawing on regional cooking from across Mexico and Latin America. Rotating specialties include chicken in apricot sauce, pork in chile ancho cream, rose petal sauce chicken and pork in green mole pipian, while the standing menu lists Estrellita fajitas, pescado Veracruz and street-style tacos. The bar mixes a tamarind margarita and the Margarita Estrellita, and the kitchen hand-roasts coffee beans for its espresso drinks. Indoor seating and an outdoor patio are both available.
