Authentic Mexican cuisine made from scratch using secret family recipes and fresh ingredients with famous margaritas.
Fiesta Vallarta serves what it calls authentic Mexican fusion on State Street in Los Altos, built around traditional Mexican foods of celebration. House-made tamales, fresh salsas and guacamole appear alongside regional dishes the restaurant says are not typically seen on this side of the border, with enchiladas, mole and flan among the plates pictured. A full bar pours liquor, wine, domestic and imported beer and specialty margaritas including the Fiesta Vallarta Margarita. Seating spans patios, an interior dining room and the bar.
