Northern Italian farm-to-table restaurant from Michelin-starred chef Pablo Estrada, meaning Farm and Sea.
Fattoria e Mare is a farm-to-table Italian restaurant in the heart of Half Moon Bay whose name points to where the sea and the land meet on the plate. Chef and owner Pablo Estrada, raised in Villa Guerrero in Mexico, worked through San Francisco kitchens including Scala's Bistro, Campton Place, Palio d'Asti and Rose Pistola, and the restaurant credits him with four consecutive years holding a Michelin star. He cooks alongside chef Cesar, from the Yucatan, whose approach the restaurant describes as a belief in the power of small details.
