Burlingame outpost of the acclaimed Bay Area ramen chain, serving authentic Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen with rich pork bone broth, chicken paitan, gyoza, karaage, and takoyaki.
Marufuku Ramen's Burlingame branch, on Lorton Avenue in downtown Burlingame, specializes in Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen: a milky pork-bone broth simmered for long hours and served with thin noodles and chashu pork. The menu also has chicken paitan ramen, rice bowls and Japanese appetizers such as gyoza, karaage, takoyaki and edamame, plus desserts and drinks. It is a sit-down restaurant with lunch and dinner on weekdays and all-day service on weekends, and it also takes online orders and has a waitlist.
