Family-owned and run since December 2007, Myung Dong Tofu Cabin serves what it calls traditional Korean home-style food made with love. The San Mateo restaurant currently offers food to go only, with ordering handled online. It has also cut daily kitchen food waste from twenty or thirty gallons to about five and reduced water use by washing fewer dishes.
