Palo Alto Sol specializes in cocina barroca poblana, the cuisine of Puebla in central Mexico, which the family behind the restaurant describes as the tradition it is dedicated to bringing to California. The same family operates Vive Sol in Mountain View and Quinto Sol in Redwood City. Tables can be reserved for smaller parties, while larger groups are arranged by email.
