Pho Dong is a family run Vietnamese restaurant in Redwood City serving pho, vermicelli, and rice dishes drawn from southern Vietnam. Its pho broth cooks for 24 hours and comes in chicken, beef, and vegetable versions, and the menu is built for vegetarian eaters as well as meat eaters. Owner Anthony notes that the restaurant keeps additional rooms for groups of 20 to 30 for business gatherings and private events.
