Intimate Korean-Taiwanese dinner restaurant at 827 Santa Cruz Avenue from the Michelin-starred Maum team, with abundant banchan service, tea-infused cocktails, premium sool, and dishes celebrating the chefs' shared heritage.
Yeobo, Darling opened on Santa Cruz Avenue in Menlo Park in June 2025, from the team that ran the one-Michelin-star restaurant Maum. The kitchen gives Korean and Taiwanese traditions equal weight across dishes such as a scallion croissant with rou song butter, wagyu beef tartare tartlets, lu rou lasagna, Hokkaido scallop with mapo, and kalbi served with banchan. The bar pours soju cocktails built on oolong, jasmine, and green tea infusions. The name comes from a Korean term of endearment traditionally used between married couples.
