Zaytinya is chef José Andrés's mezze restaurant, drawing on Turkish, Greek, and Lebanese cooking for small plates meant to be shared. Octopus Santorini pairs grilled Mediterranean octopus with marinated onions, capers, and yellow split pea purée, and the bar mixes drinks such as 3 PM In Istanbul, built on lemon lavender mint tea infused vodka, aperol, vanilla, lime, and grapefruit. Brunch adds eggs cooked to order. Palo Alto is one of seven cities where the restaurant operates.
