Set in the historic Tivoli building in San Carlos, Town serves regional American cooking built on wood-fired rotisserie chicken, hand-cut steaks, and fresh seafood. Sister company Rancho Alena Cattle Co. raises purebred Black Angus cross cattle exclusively for the restaurant group. Menu items include the teriyaki skirt steak, baseball cut filet, New Orleans BBQ shrimp, roasted chicken enchiladas, and an ahi poke bowl, with classic and proprietary cocktails plus West Coast wine and beer. Brunch is served on weekends and tables are first come, first served.
