Rangoon Ruby serves Burmese cooking in Palo Alto under Chef Max Lee, with a kitchen the restaurant says is proficient in the specialties that make Asian-Burmese cuisine sought after. Tea leaf salad, nan gyi dok noodles, garlic noodles, coconut rice, and palata bread appear alongside mango chicken with basil, onions, and mango puree.
