Authentic Burmese cuisine with signature Tiki cocktails and artfully designed interior.
Burmese cooking influenced by Indian, Thai and Chinese kitchens is the premise at Rangoon Ruby in San Carlos, led by Chef Max Lee. Tea leaf salad made with cabbage, mixed vegetables, seeds and Burmese tea leaves, basil chili beef, garlic shrimp and eggplant, mango chicken, garlic noodles and coconut rice run the menu, and the bar pours a tiki cocktail called the Rangoon Ruby. The restaurant describes its interior as artfully designed, and it takes reservations, pickup and delivery orders, catering and private parties.
