Plant-based fine dining from the Union Square Hospitality Group with an elegant menu of globally inspired vegetable-forward dishes and zero compromise on technique or presentation.
Wildseed is a fully plant-based restaurant and bar from Adriano Paganini, with locations in San Francisco and Palo Alto. The kitchen works with Northern California seasonal produce and global techniques for dishes such as Athenian eggplant with seeded flatbread, green falafel with soy tzatziki, a kale caesar built on coconut parmesan, and neatball masala made with lentil and walnut neatballs. The bar pours local beer, vegan and biodynamic wines, and cocktails made with fresh juices, herbs, and house tinctures and shrubs.
